What is your policy if a delivery is late or an item is missing from my order?

In the rare event that a delivery arrives outside the scheduled time window, or if any item is missing/incorrect, please contact us as soon as you notice the issue. We will investigate immediately and make it right. Depending on the situation, we might arrange a quick replacement delivery, issue a refund for the missing item, or provide a store credit for future orders – whatever is appropriate to ensure you’re satisfied. Our policy is that no customer should be left unhappy. We take responsibility for mistakes on our end and will work with you to correct them promptly.
