Will I receive an ETA or notification when my delivery is on its way or delivered?

Currently, our system does not send out automatic real-time notifications for deliveries (we’re working on adding text/email notifications in the future!). For now, if you have a delivery scheduled, assume it will arrive within the agreed window (12–7 PM, unless you arranged a special 2-hour window service). Our courier generally will not call unless there’s an issue, but if you’re concerned on the day of delivery, you can always call us for an update and we’ll gladly check on the status for you. In the near future, we hope to implement an alert system to let you know when the driver is close or confirm when delivered. But at this time, proactive notifications are not in place – we appreciate your patience as we work on improving this.
