What delivery time slots are available? Can I get a specific delivery time?

Our standard delivery window is between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM on the chosen delivery date. This means your order will arrive sometime in that window. Because we use a third-party courier service, they set the exact route and timing to optimize all deliveries, so we can’t guarantee an exact hour within that 12–7 window for standard deliveries. If you absolutely need a more precise delivery time, we do offer a Timed Delivery service for an extra fee. This service guarantees delivery within a narrower 2-hour window of your choice (for example, we can aim to deliver between 2 PM–4 PM specifically, if you arrange this with us). To request a timed delivery, please mention it when you place your order – we’ll let you know the additional cost and make sure to schedule that priority slot. Otherwise, for regular deliveries, please expect it to arrive sometime in the afternoon-to-early-evening window.
