What is your cancellation policy for event orders?

For weddings or any large event orders, we have the following cancellation policy: If you cancel at least two weeks (14 days) before the event date, we can offer a full refund of what you paid. We understand plans can change, and we want to be fair. However, if you need to cancel within two weeks of the event, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. By that point, our team has likely already started working on your order (ordering special supplies, planning or even beginning decorations, and we’ve reserved that date in our schedule). In the case of a very last-minute emergency cancellation (for example, your event is called off a day or two before), please still contact us – we will try to work out a solution on a case-by-case basis. If the cake is already made, we might be able to provide it to you and advise how to store it, or if work hasn’t begun, we might offer a store credit. We do our best to be compassionate with unforeseen circumstances while also covering any costs we’ve incurred.
