Is full payment (a deposit) required to secure my event order date?

We actually require full payment upfront to confirm any order, including wedding and event orders. We do not operate with partial deposits – once you pay in full, that secures your date and we begin work on your order. (If an order isn’t fully paid by the deadline given, it will not go into our production schedule.) This policy ensures that we can dedicate the necessary time and resources to your cake/event without any last-minute payment complications. Think of the full payment as a deposit that guarantees your booking – it’s one less thing to worry about as your event approaches, and it allows us to dive into planning and designing your cake immediately. (We know some other vendors take 50% deposits, but we’ve found full payment upfront works best for our workflow.)
