What is the process for ordering a wedding cake?

We try to make ordering a wedding cake as simple and stress-free as possible: Browse Designs: First, you can browse our wedding cake designs on our website. We have an online catalog/gallery of designs we’ve done before, which is great for inspiration. You might find a design you love as is, or get ideas for colors, styles, etc. Get a Quote: Once you have an idea of what you want – either one of our catalog designs or a completely custom design – reach out to us for a quote. You can do this by submitting a Custom Cake Quote request on our website (where you provide the details of the cake you envision, number of servings, date needed, etc.), or you can email us those details (and inspiration photos if you have them). Consultation: Our team will review your requirements and get back to you with a price quote and any suggestions. We’re happy to consult with you on any special details to make sure it’s perfect. This may involve a little back-and-forth discussion via email or phone to clarify design elements, flavors, etc. Finalize and Order: Once we’ve settled on the design, size, flavors, and price, you’ll officially place the order (typically we’ll send an invoice for payment – see payment policy below). Once the order is confirmed and paid, your date is reserved in our calendar. Enjoy Your Big Day: On the day of, we’ll have the cake ready for you. We can deliver and set it up at the venue (see delivery questions below), or you can pick it up if you prefer. We’ll make sure everything is executed exactly as agreed so you get your dream wedding cake! Throughout the process, we encourage you to share your ideas – whether you have a photo of a cake you love, a color swatch for your theme, or a particular topper you want to include.
