What is the shelf life of your pastries?

Edited

For best taste, we always recommend enjoying our pastries on the day of purchase (fresh is best!). However, if you need to store them: keep the pastries refrigerated in an airtight container. They will stay fresh for about 3 to 4 days in the fridge. If you want to store them longer, you can freeze the pastries – ideally freeze them as soon as possible after purchase. Wrap each pastry tightly (plastic wrap or in a sealed container) and they’ll be good for up to about 1 month in the freezer. When you’re ready to eat a frozen pastry, let it thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight. And for best flavor and softness, let a refrigerated pastry come up to near room temperature before serving. (Cold cake can taste a bit firm; letting it warm slightly brings back the soft texture and boosts the flavor.)
