Do you use real strawberry pieces in your Strawberry Divine cake and pastries?

Our Strawberry Divine treats are made with a in-house prepared strawberry compote/spread rather than raw strawberry chunks. We simmer real strawberries into a sweet spread that we layer into the cake and pastries. This gives a consistent natural strawberry flavor throughout the dessert, without the cake getting soggy from fresh fruit pieces. So while you might not find whole strawberry chunks inside, you will get lots of real strawberry goodness in every bite! We don’t use any artificial strawberry flavor – just real berries cooked down to bring out their best flavor.
