Can I return or exchange ready-to-go items if I am not satisfied?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food items once they have left our bakery (for safety and hygiene reasons). If there’s any issue with a product you purchased, please let us know right away and we will do everything we can to make it right. For example, if something you got isn’t up to our usual quality standards or there was a mistake, we can offer a replacement or find another solution. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, so while we can’t take the food back, we will address any concerns to ensure you’re happy in the end.
