Can I request any customization on ready-to-go items?

We have limited customization options for grab-and-go items since they are already made. We’re happy to add a quick message or inscription on a ready-to-go cake (for example, writing “Happy Birthday!” on it in icing) at the time of purchase. However, for other items we generally can’t change the ingredients or design once they’re made. If you need a large quantity of something for an event (say, 100 cupcakes for a party) that you see in our ready-to-go selection, let us know in advance – we can prepare a special batch just for you and set them aside. But small on-the-spot custom design changes for ready-made pastries or cupcakes aren’t possible, unfortunately.
