Do you use natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup in any products?

No – we stick to standard cane sugar in our recipes (just like a traditional bakery). We don’t use honey, maple syrup, stevia, or other alternative sweeteners in our cakes and pastries. Using regular granulated sugar allows us to maintain a consistent texture and the classic taste that our customers love. While ingredients like honey or maple syrup are natural, changing the sweetener can really alter a cake’s outcome, so we’ve found it best to perfect our recipes with sugar. This way, you get the familiar flavor and moistness in every bite.
