Can I request adjustments to the sweetness level of an item?

Our recipes have a carefully balanced sweetness that we generally stick to, so we can’t remove sugar entirely or dramatically alter a recipe’s sweetness. However, if you’d like something slightly less sweet, we can try to accommodate small tweaks. For example, we could use a lighter layer of cream or a bit less frosting on a cake to tone down the overall sweetness. Feel free to ask about your specific request, and we’ll do our best to adjust it to your taste. (Keep in mind we can’t change fundamental ingredients, but modest changes are sometimes possible.)
