Can you make cakes with eggs if someone requests it?

No – we do not bake with eggs at all. Over the years we’ve perfected our egg-free recipes to taste just as moist and delicious as traditional recipes. We choose to remain completely egg-free to stay true to our core values and to keep our bakery safe for those with egg allergies. (Bonus: No eggs means less cholesterol, so our cakes are a bit heart-healthier too!)
