What is your allergen policy? Are all your products egg-free and nut-free?

Edited

Yes – everything we make is 100% egg-free and nut-free. Our entire bakery is dedicated to being eggless and nut-free, and those ingredients never even enter our facility. This is a core value for us, as we know how severe egg and nut allergies can be. You can trust that any cake or pastry from us will be safe from those allergens. In terms of other common allergens, here is a quick summary of what we do and don’t use in our kitchen: Eggs: Absolutely no egg in any product, and no egg ingredients are allowed in our facility at all. Peanuts/Tree Nuts: None at all – we do not use peanuts or any tree nuts, and we’ve made our entire menu nut-free for everyone’s safety. Milk/Dairy: Present in many of our regular cakes and desserts (we do use dairy in standard items). However, our vegan cakes and treats are made with non-dairy alternatives. Gluten (Wheat): Present in all our regular baked goods. We are not a gluten-free bakery. (We do offer some gluten-free items by special order until June 30, 2025 – see the gluten-free question below – but we use wheat flour in our kitchen, so there is a risk of trace gluten.) Soy: Present in some products (for example, our whipped topping cream is soy-based). Sesame, Sulphites, Mustard: These are not core ingredients in our recipes, but trace amounts may be present in some ingredients we use (for example, sprinkles or spice mixes might be produced in facilities that handle sesame, etc.). Seafood/Fish/Shellfish: None at all – we do not use any seafood or fish ingredients in our bakery. We take allergens very seriously. If you have a specific allergy concern, please ask us and we will gladly provide detailed ingredient information. Your safety and peace of mind are extremely important to us.
